MCCIST
The Michigan Collaborative Care Implementation Support Team (MCCIST) is a partnership between the Michigan Primary Care Association and the Michigan Medicine Department of Psychiatry.
MCCIST provides ongoing support to community health centers implementing and sustaining the Collaborative Care model.
Collaborative Care
Collaborative Care is a cost-effective, evidence-based integrated behavioral health care model.
This model uniquely uses monitoring from a behavioral health care manager and the expertise of a psychiatric consultant to meet patients’ behavioral health needs from the comfort of their primary care office.
